Personal Training

For those who prefer to train one-on-one I offer personal training by appointment. Training one-on-one gives clients the opportunity to focus on reaching thier goals. Before commencing a personal training session with me I require an initial appraisal session. This is where we will conduct health screening, fitness testing, take weight/measurements, etc.. and discuss goals where we can then set a program to suit you. 

Programmes are tailored to meet the individual clients goals.
